Our current series classes runs through Saturday, April 24 and you can still join in!

All sessions take place – right from my living room to yours – via Zoom.  So if you are still a bit uncomfortable or feel unsure about your health and safety going to a gym, this exercise program was designed just for you.  Maybe you just want to stay fit and support us, while doing so… support yourself!

We have a space for you also! But register today to reserve your spot!  …because we only accept a limited number of participants.

There are “3” classes each week, from the comfort of your home on your computer or mobile phone:

  1. Mondays (Live):  10am
  2. Wednesdays (Prerecorded):  For you to follow along at your convenience
  3. Saturdays (Live):  10am

All sessions are scheduled at the same time, to maintain consistency – because good habits and patterns drive change.  If you are unable to follow along live, we can send you the recording of the class instead.

Our Virtual Exercise Groups are done as a series of 10-classes.  All classes are done via Zoom and are 45 minutes in duration.  Single class registrations ($20/each) are still available for this series.  You can register for just one class or as many in the series as you’d like!  To sign up and pay for classes, click the “Register Now” button.
