Health & Safety Protocols

Health & Safety

Our mission has always been health and wellness.  In order to operate as safely as possible, we have made a number of changes and implemented new protocols that we want you to be aware of.

As we all navigate this new season, we ask for your patience and understanding.  All of the changes outlined below have been made so that we can better protect and serve you, as well as ourselves and humanity, in creating a healthier and sterile environment of safer practices.

Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily limiting the number of daily appointments. The health and safety of our clients and staff is very important to us.  To accommodate the increased sanitation measures we will be taking (outlined in the “Our Commitment to Health Safety” section), we will be moving forward with staggered appointment times with a sanitation gap in between appointments.  We will be scheduling new appointments to fit the updated schedule.

You may call during our administration office hours (M-F 9am-5pm) and speak with Paula, our scheduler, to schedule an appointment and/or be put on the waiting list.

During this time, unfortunately, we will not be offering online booking.  All appointments will need to be booked by calling 407 – 415- 5429 and scheduling through Paula.

Prior to scheduling an appointment, we are asking ALL clients to fill out and sign a COVID-19 Prescreening form.  Click here to fill out the form.  If you call to schedule an appointment, but haven’t yet completed the prescreening form, you will be asked to complete the form before we can schedule a new appointment.  So we recommend taking a few minutes now and completing the form so you will be ready.  If you are a new client, you may simply fill out the New Client Intake form and the COVID-19 Prescreening questions are included in that form as well.

  • The fleece from the face cradle and massage tables have been removed for more proficient sanitation
  • Cloth-covered chairs have been removed from each massage suite and replaced with metal chairs that can be sanitized in between sessions
  • Massage Therapists will check their temperature before beginning work each day
  • Client’s temperature will be checked prior to beginning their session with a no-touch thermometer

We will be enforcing these policies.  Please call to cancel/reschedule if you have:

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Shortness of Breath
  • Been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms

Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations at this time.

However, if you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us in advance that you need to cancel or reschedule, no shows will still be charged a $25 fee.  If you are on a package or annual membership, you will forfeit that session of your package or membership.
