Shawn’s classes are great. They got me on a regular routine of stretching. My knees feel much better withless aches and pains. I’m waiting for the next sessions to start!!
Wow, Yea, I now know why this virtual exercise program is called WOW, yea I know that it stands for Windows of Wellness (WOW). But, based upon my results after 10 sessions, I still say WOW!
Before, I started the WOW exercise classes I was suffering from always having a stiff neck, cramping in my feet and sleepless nights. Well, I am sure that being a caregiver for my 84 year old mother for over 4 years was a major contributor to my condition which was probably induced by stress and little movement. Yea, I joined a local gym that was a 20 min drive each way, but I couldn’t find the time to get to the gym as often as I needed, because I was always worrying about mom being alone for the 2.5 hours whichincluded travel time and workout time. So I was paying for a gym membership that I couldn’t use.
Then I found Shawn and Windows of Wellness Virtual exercise class, after 3 sessions I began to see the changes; less cramping in my feet, I could begin to turn my neck to align with my shoulders (yea, both sides), and the greatest change was I started sleeping at night, it just seemed that I had more energy and needless to say my patience got better.
So now I can improve my health right from the comfort of home, yea right here in the family room. I didn’t need to buy any special equipment, I had a yoga mat, and of course we have a folding chair, a hand towel and you better come some positive attitude, but don’t worry if you are little down Shawn gets your spirit lifted quickly.
I am always impressed with how Shawn explains the benefit of each exercise and that really helps you push through because you get the results and after you trust him after the first few times, there is no questioning why you are doing a particular exercise—the results speak loudly.
Oh yea, did I mention when I went to the gym I had a personal trainer, but now with Shawn I have a personal trainer right from my family room at home in the virtual exercise group.
This is an awesome class! The workouts seem so easy but as a 25 year old, I still struggle with them! Great to get up and get the blood flowing! Would definitely recommend!
