Across the street from Lake Mary City Hall, opposite Central Park. We have parking in the front if you are using the elevator, or rear parking to take the stairs to the second floor where we are located.

Cancellations
No-show fees are $45. If you are on an Annual Membership, or on a 90 DAY PACKAGE, a no show or same day cancellation (canceling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time), you forfeit that session. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you need to move or cancel an appointment.

Sessions are 60 minutes, $100 for any of the modalities practiced. The initial session includes a postural analysis and consultation. 90 Day Package: 5 massages, $450, a savings of $50. No online booking.
Prefer to plan first?
The services page lists most of the modalities practiced, and each has a page explaining what it is for. You do not have to pick one — the treatment needed is determined after the postural analysis. If you are unsure, say so in the text; that is a normal way to start.
Finding us
From the car park to the table
First visit? The suite is shared with two other practices, so the door does not say Windows of Wellness. Here is exactly what to look for.
1The building
Yellow, two storeys, opposite Central Park and across the street from City Hall. Park in front if you would rather use the elevator.
2Or park at the rear
There is a second lot behind the building with the staircase straight up to the second floor. Whichever is easier on the day.
3Second floor
Once you are up, look for 2080–2084 along the walkway.
4The door
2080–2084 is printed above it. This is the one.
5Yes, this is the right door
The glass says hohman health and wellness in large letters. Do not turn around — the suite is shared, and Shawn Cooper, Windows of Wellness is listed underneath.
6Reception
Walk in and take a seat. The reception is shared with the other practitioners in the suite.
7Suite B
Your session is behind the door marked Suite B — Bodywork, Shawn F. Cooper.
