How much does a massage cost in Lake Mary, FL?

“You will leave saying WOW.”

One price, sixty minutes, and a postural analysis that decides what actually gets treated.

Most price lists in this business ask you to diagnose yourself before you have been assessed — pick a modality, pick a tier, pick a length, and hope you chose correctly. Windows of Wellness does the opposite. There is one price.

The rate

$100, and that is the price for any of the modalities practiced here. Sessions are 60 minutes. The initial session includes a postural analysis and consultation.

Any number of the bodywork modalities practiced can be used in a single session. Deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy technique, trigger point therapy, orthopedic massage, sports therapy, Active Release Technique, reflexology and cupping are all part of the same toolkit — not separate products at separate prices.

Why one price rather than a menu

Because the treatment needed is determined after the postural analysis, not before it. A tiered price list forces the decision to the wrong end of the appointment: you choose at the moment you know least, and the therapist is then obliged to deliver whatever you clicked, whether or not the assessment agrees with it.

One rate removes that. You book sixty minutes with a therapist practicing since 2003, the analysis decides what happens in them, and the number does not change because the answer turned out to be fascia rather than muscle.

What makes a cheap massage expensive

A $50 chain-store massage that does not change anything costs more per unit of relief than a session that does. If you have been booking relaxation massages for a recurring complaint and it keeps coming back within a week, the problem is usually that nobody assessed the complaint.

What you are paying for

  • Sixty minutes of hands-on treatment in a private room
  • A postural analysis on the first visit that determines the plan
  • Any combination of the modalities practiced, used as the tissue requires
  • Twenty-plus years of clinical practice, board certified in three specialties
  • A clear account of what was found, what changed and what to do at home

If you are not sure whether this is the right place for your complaint, describe it in a text. Two minutes of detail is usually enough.

Where to go next

The Bodywork page covers what the treatment involves, what it helps and what it costs. If you are in the area, massage in Lake Mary, FL has the practical detail — parking, hours and how booking works.
