What it is
Bodywork is the session itself rather than a single named technique. Any number of the bodywork modalities practiced can be used in a single session, and which ones are used is determined by the postural analysis rather than decided in advance.
That is why there is one price. You are booking sixty minutes of treatment with a therapist who has been practicing since 2003, not a product off a menu. The first session includes a postural analysis and consultation, and the findings shape everything after it.

What it helps
- Chronic and debilitating pain that has outlasted other treatment
- Complaints that do not fit neatly under one modality
- Arthritic conditions and chronic inflammation
- Recovery when several regions are involved at once
- Returning clients whose treatment plan changes week to week
What is included
- Postural analysis and consultation on a first visit
- Whichever modalities the assessment calls for, combined in one session
- Sixty minutes of hands-on treatment
- A clear account of what was found and what changed
- What to do between now and the next visit

“Shawn is amazing. He's been helping me with my posture. A blessing from GOD. Only drawback because he's so good is lack of appointments besides the monthly one :(”
